quite often when at home I can't log in to FTR and a tracert times out at totalchoicenetworks. rebooting my broadband modem I usually get a new IP address and seem to get straight on. One IP address that failed to login was 91.125.247.0. There is some discussion about some of my ISP routers on some ISP forums here in the UK working better than others so I'm not sure if its a ISP problem at my end or if FTR have IP blocked that IP address as a result of someone elses transgressions.
