    Default other games

    admins:

would it violate the charter of FTR to create categories for 7 card stud and/or limit HE?

it seems like there are enough posts/interest to warrant it.

maybe we could even have a section on how to win at slots!

Is mixing in a little limit confusing? Not sure there is enough interest in Stud... The play is horrible, but Party's anties are disgusting in the low limit games.

Actually, slots, video poker and the lottery are sometimes +EV. Variance is a killer though

i don't think it's confusing - i was just thinking there's getting to be a good amount of useful information, so why not consolidate it. especially the limit stuff. stud and omaha intrigue me, but i'll be sticking HE for awhile.

regarding other games, maybe a "misc. casino" section if there seems to be interest?

and maybe an area to exchange recipes? :P

am i asking for too much? am i out of line again?

i've played 7 card stud recently and thought it was great, omaha I just couldn't get comfortable with, especially with the split pot format. Draw poker is tough, heard that in draw the better players can just destroy the weaker players but I haven't found any strategy for it except from Mr. Mike Caro.

    fishstick, et al:

Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome.

Let me get back to you regarding your suggestions when I have more time to address them properly.

I will tell you this right now...
I do have a method and criteria for creating new forums.
    I'll explain later.

But again, please don't feel like your suggestions are ever "out of line."
    We welcome all feedback.
