I tried asking this in the freeroll thread but it wouldn't let me, so I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post.

I've been waiting to join the $300 free roll but I don't have a ticket, it seems no one has a ticket because it shows no registered people. I got a ticket to the $200 added tournament in the middle of the month and expected I'd get this one automatically. Am I doing something wrong?
