    Default Search options

    Current search options:

    [X]Search topic title and message text {default}
    [ ]Search message text only

    Proposed third option:

    [ ]Search topic title only {default}

    This would make finding threads on specific topics a heck of a lot easier. As it stands, search pulls up every post that happens to have an incidental mention of what you're looking for.

    Great suggestion. We're still upgrading and testing for phpBB3 and this feature may already be included. If not, we'll add it. Remind me if we don't have it after the upgrade.

    I think a search that actually works would be pretty cool.

    bah... we've been working on upgrading to vBulletin now rather than phpBB3. However, in any case, I'm afraid this isn't high priority at the moment.

    I don't see anything like this in the default admin panel, to just allow searching titles. However, I added it to the list to look into once the bugs are fixed.
