Trouble with the Trimmer

First off please forgive me if this is the wrong spot to put this. I'm trying to trim some recent MTT SnGs from FTP and when I hit the trim button I keep getting errors like "Error: Button seat 3 is not occupied". I get this error if I upload the files or if I cut and paste the text.

Not sure what I should try next, help would be appreciated.
