I havn't read the thread yet so I apologize if I'm saying what has already been said.
Just muck this baby preflop. UTG 10-handed is pretty brutal.
In this specific situation, I'd raise rarely, and usually only if there are donkeys behind that are going to pay me off with a hand like KJ or something. I'll also do it on occasion just to mix things up. But this should be a pretty standard fold IMO...
Flop is terrific and you are only reasonably behind AK and 44. Turn is about the blankest blank that could ever blank, and you should be looking to get your money in. Lead, check/raise, whatever. I'm not going broke here only against the tightest and weakest of nits.
