Default $20 NL. Not sure what the play is here.

First of all, apologies for the Hand History... All the converters either say "not recognized" or just convert it into nonsense. It's a prima skin.

Not played with the guy long enough to get a proper read but he seems the fairly standard 35%+ VP$IP loose passive type.

Do you bet your made hands for half pot too? Otherwise I don't like this cbet. I'd also bet the turn harder. But seeing how he raised you, he has a made hand, so if you push you WILL get called, so it's basically going on your 12 outs or 25% to win or something. Not even all of them might be good, if he has a made straight for example. There's also a low chance of this being a semi-bluff of sorts on his part, so the Ace might be an out too. I lay this down most of the time.

Instacall. You have the same hand as him, but you have redraws. Even if he has the higher straight, you have 9 cards to the better hand.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?

    No hindsight for the blind.
Yeah, I call this, putting him on an A, but not crying too hard if he has the 6.

Good thinking, IMO. Wish I had taken the 20 or so secs to think it through like this.

By the way, heads-up, the flop bet is standard whether I have an OESD, top pair, AK unimproved, or a flopped boat. Opp's range here is practically anything. Q90 is entirely possible. I have position, opp call/checked. I try to win it here.

I pushed the turn. Opp flipped A6 (no hearts)
    B.u.s.t.e.d.

Results-based, that looks like a dire play... I'm not su sure it's avoidable though. I read him for an ace and though i was 25% ish winning the pot and 75% ish splitting it. Didn't really take the 6 into account.

I think a call is better here actually. Opp might check river and I would have checked behind. If he pushes then you get another chance to think about it.

    Yea? Nay?

I don't feel to bad about it but I am still a bit worried that I get stacked pretty often in that spot.

i still like a push...99% of the time he is just going to have the ace and you can suck out sometimes w/ your FD.
