$25NL - Overpair on paired board against nonthinking LAGG

Villain is 60/30/2 and Ive been waiting to get a hand against him. He raises and I get TT, think about reraising here but I decide to call, then there are 3 calls behind me.

Should I have reraised here to isolate against the villain?

Flop comes 993, so I am either way ahead or way behind [correct?] and against this opponents range I feel I am more often than not way ahead.

He leads and I call, the rest fold. Should I have raised here?

The turn brings a blank and he leads again and I push for $20 [converter messed up the turn action] and he calls.

Howd I play this? As played I dont think I can fold the turn, and if I call I only have $8 behind, so Im not too worried about the turn play, more just the streets leading up to there. And in general, what should my strategy be to make money off of these opponents?

You are 3-betting pf for both reasons. My 3-bet range would probably be 77+, AT+. I would probably not call with any hands I want to play. If I'm playing a hand with this guy I'm 3-betting preflop. I think you need to give more info on this guy. Is he the kind of donkey that bluffs too much or over-values weak/medium hands?

You are 3-betting pf for both reasons. My 3-bet range would probably be 77+, AT+. I would probably not call with any hands I want to play. If I'm playing a hand with this guy I'm 3-betting preflop.

I think you need to give more info on this guy. Is he the kind of donkey that bluffs too much or over-values weak/medium hands?

He hasnt been raising a ton postflop, but I wouldnt call him very passive. He bets out a lot with almost anything he raises with and will call pushes with next to nothing.
