100NL, another AA hand ran into weird line from a nit

villian is a regular nit running 11/8/2.2. His 3 bet% is 2% over a large sample. WTF? Did he do this with QQ+?? I really lose my confidence in 100NL FR games these days SOS!!!!!!!
