Default 100NL, JJ oop in massive multiway pot preflop

villain is 25/3.7/1.7 over 27 hands. This is a family massive pot.
Should i 3 bet here and thin the field or just call for set value ? if we decide to 3 bet, how much to GO?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    CO ($69.70)
    Button ($135.45)
    SB ($99)
    Hero ($98.50)
    UTG ($124.75)
    UTG+1 ($35.70)
    MP1 ($31.30)
    MP2 ($44.65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J.
    UTG calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1, MP1 calls $1, 1 fold, CO calls $1, Button raises to $4, 1 fold, Hero ?

It's probably +EV to call for sethunting value, but with a hand as strong as jacks, I prefer to 3-bet to isolate or just take down the pot right there. Most likely it'll at least chase the limpers out. The only time that BB may not tell you if you're beat is if he's holding QQ, but he very well might be just using his position to raise an OK hand.

    $16 to go?

If villain was only raising 3% over 100+ hands I'd probably take the raise more seriously and maybe only call for sethunting value. JJ doesn't look too good vs 3%, but 25 hands ain't nearly enough...

I gotta flat call here. I think if the villain is just trying to use agro to take it down he'd be raising more than $4.

Also, there's the dreaded UTG limp to think about.

I don't see isolating OOP with jacks, even good flops might not be that good.
    Check out my self-deprecation here!

why do we want to chase out dead money....if we are set hunting this hand? you want to go for one stack....or 4?
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

With all the dead money already in I try to take it down pre by making it 18.

Our hand is too strong to play only for setvalue. We´ll likely end up in a true multiway oop, where implied odds are usually not that good, button will slow down facing 3+ opponents, other players are either setmining themselves or play sc´s, that won´t stack off with less than nuts.
