If I raise flop I raise more, because I never almost-minraise that flop with a set. If I raise flop I'll bet almost any turn card.

In general I interpret a turn check to mean one of three things;
1) he has overs and is going to c/f.
2) he has an overpair and is going to c/c for pot control.
3) he's decided his overpair is good and is check-raising.
In all three situations I'm happy to get money in.

I don't know about the river, the board and action is now scary enough to let him lay down anything we beat.
