Default 10nl TPTK Not as standard as I thought

Villain is 19/9 over ~100 hands. Hasn't done anything particularly memorable.

Edit: Maybe this should be in beginner's circle, not FR. My bad.

    Stacks:
    UTG ($10.50)
    UTG 1 ($19.75)
    MP1 ($14.30)
    Hero ($14.45)
    MP3 ($10.20)
    CO ($10.00)
    BTN ($9.65)
    SB ($6.65)
    BB ($5.90)

    Pre-flop: ($0.15, 9 players) Hero is MP2
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.4, 3 folds, SB calls $0.35, 1 fold

    Flop: ($0.9, 2 players)
    SB bets $0.4, Hero???

What I'm asking is, what do you do here on this flop?

Don't immediately dismiss it as stupid or whatever, because I've asked a bunch of people and I'm getting all kinds of different responses. Some favor a flatcall, some prefer a raise. Some want to just try to get it all in right here. It's turning out to be more worth dissection than I initially thought, maybe some players as bad as me will get something from it. So please, all you super experienced players, give some of them a chance to consider it before you throw in a one line response and essentially insult me for asking.

Following action and results in white.
    Hero calls $0.4

    Turn: 5s ($1.7, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.2, SB goes all-in $5.85, Hero calls $4.65

    River: Kh ($13.4, 2 players)

    Final Pot: $13.40
    SB shows: Ks Kc
    Hero shows: Qh Ad

    SB wins $12.75 ( won $6.1 )
    Hero wins $9.4368957093138E-16 ( lost -$6.65 )

Raise for sure: $1.70-$2.00. Call a shove, or shove turn.

you have tptk with a draw to the nut flush. It is time to start building the pot. I would raise to about $2.00 here and work at getting the rest of SB's chips in on the turn.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

    ^^What these guys said.

You are behind a pretty small portion of his range, and even if you ARE behind, you have a huge redraw.
