1. If you guys haven't gotten wild I expect him to c/r turn and he'll have a hand. As played on flop, firing two more is probably best, but he probably isn't playing at you enough to call flop. I could be way off, though. He knows how to adapt so playing him will depend so much on flow.

2. All depends on how you respond to his 3bets. If you fold a lot then continuing turns your hand face up, if you call a lot then do that, if you 4bet enough then do that.

3. I wanna shove, but nothing makes sense for BB/UTG1 other than somebody having at least 48.
