200nl JQ sooted!!! river value too thin?

still not sure what stakes i should be playing...villain seems to be a standard LAG - 22-14, 3-bets sufficiently (8%), steals too much, apparently NEVER folds to a c-bet.

The flop call screams some sort of 9 or king - so I'm checking the turn behind. I don't think villain is checking a second time with a king, so i figure I'm likely ahead. Bet? or is this too thin? Trying to figure out if any worse hands call/better hands fold...
