Ok, lemme try this one:
60 hands...not good enough of a read for 'nit' -- could easily be a tagg who's carddead.
So let's say his preflop range is 88+/AQ+. When he checks the turn, we can probably take out KK-AA from his range, leaving us with 88-JJ on the river, which he'll probably look us up with most of that, and a few overs he's probably folding on the river.
He may be tight enough that he's probably not take a stab with anything that we beat, so we should just bet $40 on the river to get value from his range that we beat.
