    Default 3b AK OOP

21/17 in 256 hands, folds to 3bet 1/2...I have no notes or remember anything out of the ordinary.

I get lost in spots like this... What to do on turn etc.

Villians range is mid PP-QQish and AK, maybe AQ? I'm like a 15/12 and don't often get out of line.

    Stacks:
    UTG WowSick ($50.75)
    UTG+1 MiNcHiA256 ($51.85)
    MP1 Lizard K1ng ($50.75)
    MP2 marpok33 ($51.35)
    CO toluschev ($48.50)
    BTN ur_suspect ($64.60)
    SB spammesomeha ($57.35)
    BB Hero ($50)

    Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 8 players) Hero is BB
4 folds, toluschev raises to $1.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5, toluschev calls $3.50

    Flop: ($10.25, 2 players)
Hero bets $5, toluschev calls $5

    Turn: ($20.25, 2 players)
Hero checks, toluschev bets $10, $10 to Hero ($40)?

    No hindsight for the blind.
What he said. Also if the guy is 21/16 (in FR, no less) and has only been 3-bet twice in 256 hands then you're doing something wrong.

Why on earth would you check that turn?
The strengh of a hero is defined by the weakness of his villains.

Depending on how I think the reg feels about me at the time I'll bet like 1/3-1/2 flop and turn then shove river

How does the villain view you? If you are 3-betting and c-betting 100% in these spots a lot, a 3-barrel is pretty bad imo.

If you are nitting it up lately, then fire away.

As played, I like your flop bet sizing btw for 3 barrels.. I would def bet the turn since you picked up 4 more outs. Checking there is a crime.

Why 3 barrel this? Is it because it's such a weak board mostly out of villain's range, villain is a little loose, and we may have 7 outs?
