Default 50NL Mid set monotone flop line check

MP2 is 20/2/3.7 over 280 hands or so. I have seen him slowplay a set on a 4-way flop and a HU turn, making a PSB on the river. I have also seen him lose his stack with a KK overpair met with heavy post flop aggression.

UTG is a 60VP$IP/low PFR donk.

I have been betting at most of the pots I've been involved in at this table.

PokerRoom No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    saw flop|saw showdown

    UTG ($32.95)
    UTG+1 ($48.80)
    Hero ($50.00)
    MP2 ($84.80)
    MP3 ($49.05)
    CO ($51.10)
    Button ($20.50)
    SB ($15.05)
    BB ($70.50)

    Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 6, 6.
    UTG calls $0.50, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.50, MP2 calls $0.50, MP3 calls $0.50, 3 folds, BB checks.

    Flop: ($2.75) 6, K, 4 (5 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $2.55, MP2 calls $2.55, MP3 folds, BB folds, UTG calls $2.55.

    Turn: ($10.40) 3 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, MP2 bets $5, UTG folds, Hero calls $5.

    River: ($20.90) 3 (2 players)
    Hero bets $10, MP2 calls $10.

    Final Pot: $40.90

One of the villains might very well have flopped a flush, so I check the turn in the middle. When MP2 makes his half pot bet I call, looking for a boat or a check-check river if he has the king and thinks I am full of shit on the flop. River brings me my boat so I make a half pot bet looking for a raise or a call. I'm hoping he's slowplaying the nut flush and is stupid enough to raise, but looking back he's probably not going to.

    Thoughts?

If he is that aggro would a check (hopeful raise) on the river be an option?

Looks pretty good, the problem with a river c/r is that he very well could check and then you lose $ that he might have called. If I'm gonna check raise a river I have to be 90% he's gonna bet. I might bet a little more on the river like 15 ish but overall it looks good.

No good. Both villians are stations and will call three barrels with a king or As+pair.

Lol, I flopped a set on a monotone board last night and later googled "Set monotone flop" for a few line checks and this post was first up.

I felt it deserved some love
