I'd call and see what happens on the turn. BasN stacks off quite light so I'd be tempted to check/call a blank turn and hope to nut the river.

I'm not even sure you're behind yet as this type of player will often minraise the flop to test you.

Just think of it as a big draw with implied odds as if he does have a spade he will stack off to a fourth on the board.
