Default 50NL - ZOMG RIO OOP?

Villain is Renton1984 and is a fish running 69/53 over 50 hands. He's been min-opening every pot from every position and been fairly passive post flop.

    Pre is standard how's sizing?

    Flop standard as well.

The turn is where I would like some opinions.
Obv this guys range is huge and consists of lots of SD's, FD's, Ax's, pairs/gutters etc. I think there are a shitton of hands he will call with that are still drawing and I don't really want to c/f vs this guy, so I think b/f is best. If you don't think b/f'ing is correct pls explain why. The only thing I can think of where b/f'ing would not be good is b/c it seems we are in a huge RIO situation where there like the whole deck is bad for us on the river.

If we decide to b/f the river and he calls, what's our plan on the river?

    BB ($50)
    UTG ($50)
    UTG+1 ($50)
    MP1 ($42)
    MP2 ($48.20)
    MP3 ($40.80)
    CO ($50)
    Button ($52)
    Hero (SB) ($56.15)

Preflop: Hero is SB with ,
    3 folds, MP2 bets $1, 3 folds, Hero raises to $5, 1 fold, MP2 calls $4

    Flop: ($11) , , (2 players)
    Hero bets $8, MP2 calls $8

    Turn: ($27) (2 players)
    Hero b/f's?

    Hero's river plan is?

If he is passive as you said, B/f is the way IMO because he is raising with hands that beat you (allowing you to play perfeclty) and yet calling with some hands that you beat, like draws.

If I bet and he calls i'm shutting down the action if the river is a club, a straight card or a King and I would value bet thin with a brick.

    No hindsight for the blind.
    Pot flop then shove turn.

And don't use "b/c" to mean "because", it makes the post so confusing :P.

yeah i like setting it up to get all in on two streets here not 2.5 2.75 or 2.9 etc.

Agree that I should be setting up turn shovel here. As played $14 b/f ok?

I'm lost...could you guys explain why and under which circumstances are we shoving the river?

Is it just because we're commited or do you think there is value on shoving even when a draw gets there? Are we definitely turning our hand into a bluff to make A-x to fold (even though if he has A-x it should mostly be suited clubs or hit 2 pair on the turn)?

He's never ever folding anything better on any street so it'd obv be for value.

Not sure about turn as played, I think I still just shove. He's gonna call with a ton of draws, pair + draws, etc
