    lol@stop your peeking.

5bbs opener with no limpers and at a tight? site suggests weakness/strength.

Looks standard, but you could be visiting opps valueville here, versus a bigger pair.

id be more inclined to raise his flop bet or float him if id a read. to many cards hurt if we let him bet every street.

id be more concerned we were behind to start with. Calling> Folding > raising
based on 5bbs opener, but only on that information.

That turn looks like a very weak bet

I probably fold the river. It's unlikely he's firing 3 barrels with nothing. If I see him start to do it a lot, I'm gonna start calling him down.

Raise flop or turn. I'm not sure why you took this line against an unknown?

I thought the flop looked good to float on. After the weird weak turn bet, I def thought I was ahead, and I didn't think the river changed anything. I decided to risk him hitting an overcard (what I put him on), and give him a chance to bluff some more. I'll give results if there's not much more discussion left on it.

I don't mind this call down. Though I feel like I see this line pretty often from a villain who has a mid pair 7's-9's, or a weak J.

I'd be surprised to see an overpair playing this so weakly.

why should i raise the flop or the turn zook? what do you put him on? i think the turn bet pretty much defines his hand as a piece of crap, and he has at most probably 6 outs going to the river. if he does have complete crap then he probably isn't stickin around if i raise, and if he does have an overpair or something he probably isn't folding. looks like WA/WB to me...

A few reasons... 1) I'll do it with air a lot, 2) while your hand has showdown value, there are a few hands that beat you that probably fold to a raise (TT-77) and if he's terrible some worse hands that might call (AK/AQ) and then check when they miss, 3) a good player (which I know is unlikely, given his line) would recognize you're weak when you flat-call the turn and bet the river big - I can think of a couple of 100NL regulars who min-bet HU and when flat-called, bet big the next street, 4) metagame, I think an aggro image helps me get my monsters paid off.

Honestly, I don't mind the call down, and you may have gotten the most value out of the hand. It's just not the way I play it against an unknown.

raise turn? and I have to fold that river against an unknown.

i probably make the turn bet 10 to go. I almost never let people bet the same amount on one street as they bet on the previous street, regardless of what my cards are. I suppose if I had TPTK or something, I might call like u did.

raising the flop would be bad, calling the river is probably close. Ive seen AK take this line before, other than that I don't know what u beat.
