Default AA 25 NL tough call

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (8 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($13.75)
    UTG+1 ($29.40)
    MP1 ($16.70)
    MP2 ($31.05)
    CO ($24.35)
    Hero ($25.40)
    SB ($14.80)
    BB ($38.60)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A.
4 folds, CO raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.25, 2 folds, CO calls $1.50.

    Flop: ($4.85) J, 2, 8 (2 players)
    CO bets $22.1 (All-In), Hero?????

I put him on a steal from the CO, he seems pretty loose. This is a pretty safe flop I think, if he flopped a set I'm assuming he would slow play them. I think this is an easy call actually I'm positive this is an easy call, could be a flush draw, top pair or just a stupid donkey bluff.

stupid raise by him but i don't think you're winning enough to call.

The problem that i see here is that not everyone slowplays sets. I've seen this a few times from people, they put you on an overpair and flop a set and just assume you'd call, usually because they can never fold big pairs and think everyone else is the same. Sure there are times that the moron will put you only on AK and think they can just take it away, but i don't think that happens enough in this spot.

...does a backdoor flush REALLY influence the decision one way or the other?

5% equity is always nice plus it discounts the fact that he's open-shoving the NFD.

I expect QQ/KK, sometimes JJ here more often than not.
