Default Ace-Queen suited against short stack

Table is a bit tighter than usual due to the reload bonus; a few passives here and there though.Villain is shortstacked and somewhat passive;haven't had a chance to get a real read on him yet.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    saw flop|saw showdown

    UTG+1 ($9.98)
    Hero ($28.65)
    MP1 ($13.85)
    MP2 ($30.35)
    MP3 ($101.65)
    CO ($39.25)
    Button ($25.15)
    SB ($30)
    BB ($20.10)
    UTG ($49.56)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A, Q. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
    1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1, 7 folds, UTG+1 calls $0.75.

I make standard raise with AQs to $1(3xBB plus a BB for each limper). All folds off to villain who calls.

    Flop: ($2.35) 7, 2, 3 (2 players)
    UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $1.75, UTG+1 calls $1.75.

Villain checked;I missed but still need to c-bet esp vs a short stack. If he raises or pushes here I can dump here without worries.

    Turn: ($5.85) A (2 players)
    UTG+1 checks, Hero calls $25.90 (All-In), UTG+1 calls $7.23 (All-In).

Hit my Ace;although it completes the wheel draw.Villain checks back to me.He's pretty much pot commited if I only bet 2/3-to the pot and will likely call any river bet(and he could still outdraw me if I am ahead). Not sure if he is trapping me with a set or well hidden two pair.I decide to put him to the decision and push.

    River: ($38.98) 4 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Thoughts and feedback are welcome on all streets.
    Final Pot: $38.98

I'm actually less inclined to bet into a short stack here, especially if he's going to be going the distance with a hand like 44 here (most will).

    The hand is fine...

edit: not trying to say not to c-bet, but it shouldn't be automatic every time here. I'd usually be betting though. But keep in mind your hand still has showdown value and you have 6 outs that are almost always good. So if you feel betting has more value then that, then bet...

not a dangerous board so you arent really gona get bluffed out on the turn and as lukie says (probable dumbass) shortstack will go deep if he doesnt see a card he thinks you have. Id check behind and play from there
