There's way too many hands he could raise with to make a rere-raise viable. Absolute best case scenario he also has AK, but generally speaking you're looking at QQ-AA. I think this is an easy call pre flop after his raise and look to hit on the flop before you commit too much of your stack. AK is a beautiful hand, but on an ugly flop it's nothing more than A high.
