Default AK preflop: to push or not to push

I know this is a rehashed topic, but I still think we can learn from a bit more discussion, or at least I can.

    <25 hands on both villains
Both hands leave us OOP on flop.

    Hand 1:
Now when I look at his name, I think he might be an FTR poster.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($28.40)
    Hero ($23.15)
    MP2 ($23.90)
    CO ($21.90)
    Button ($9.50)
    SB ($13.55)
    BB ($6.65)

    Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K, A.
1 fold, Hero raises to $1, MP2 raises to $3, 4 folds, Hero?

    Hand 2:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

    MP2 ($5.35)
    MP3 ($20)
    CO ($4.65)
    Button ($13.65)
    Hero ($27.65)
    BB ($5.40)
    UTG ($6.90)
    UTG+1 ($22.90)
    MP1 ($26.80)

Preflop: Hero is SB with , .
4 folds, MP3 calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.5, 1 fold, MP3 raises to $2.75, Button folds, Hero?

    There's enough room in hand1 for a lighter 4-bet. I probably raise to 9 & fold to a shove.

Hand2...I just get nervous about the EP limp/3-bet. Unless I've got a read saying otherwise I assume that's KK+. Maybe too nitty, but it seems there's a lot of people who like to play KK/AA like that.

I dunno really though...I'm still learning how to play AK in situations like this and am rarely confident I made the right play.

Out of position I prefer to bet about 1/3rd of the money behind, then shove about 3 sec after the flop is put down.
