Default AK vs. Flop C/R & PSB Lead on Turn

    Easy fold right?

    50NL - Full Ring

    No Reads

    Hero is UTG+2 ($50) with
    Villain is UTG+1 ($50)

    Pre-Flop
    UTG calls .50
    Villain calls .50
    Hero raises to $2.50
    Villain calls $2

    Flop (2 Players, Pot = $6.75)

    Villain checks
    Hero bets $4
    Villain raises to $8
    Hero calls $4

    Turn (2 Players, Pot = $22.75)

    Villain bets $22.75
    Hero folds quickly?
Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.

There just aren't that many people that minreraise draws oop and then pot turns like this...the only suspicious thing is that he seems to want to blow you out of the pot on the turn...that's definitely a little odd...but then some people can't value bet or type in their bets and just use the 'auto raise' and 'bet pot' buttons too much...

Readless I'm pretty likely to just give it to him on the turn, monitor his play and wait for more than a pair. Something here smacks of A4s/A6s, maybe even AJ more than a set. I think it takes an especially retarded player to play AQ/AT or a draw like this. Only draw I can imagine that he'd wanna pot the turn with is KQ of hearts...certainly a possibility...

I think you may be overrating 50NL players, this may be a fold, but it's way more borderline than you are putting out.

I have to ask myself, is there ever a time that I fold AK on a relatively safe board w/ an Ace. If there is, this is probably it. I think I fold here w/ no reads at all.
