    If he had been playing tight or no reads, I'd fold. If he been playing loose, I'd call. (note: this is from 10NL experience.. higher stakes should probably fold this) A looser player on 10NL will jump this with like AT.

    I'd fold this time and stack him next time when you have AQ. The PF limp, followed by a min bet, then a min 3-bet don't look like a bluff to me, but rather an indication that he's a donk that doesn't know how to play his queen here.
