    equity win tie pots won pots tied
    Hand 0: 24.659% 09.66% 15.00% 85 132.00 { AsKh }
    Hand 1: 75.341% 60.34% 15.00% 531 132.00 { JJ, 22, AKs, AJs, QhJh, Th9h, AKo, AJo }

    This was calculated for the turn and feels somewhat optimistic given a player this tight likely isn't calling a SC like QJ/T9 oop here (I guess).

    I don't think I'd fold the flop...but it looks like we should on the turn
    Thoughts?

    Same here.. 8/6 just really isn't leading anything we beat. He has JJ/22 like always.

    oh no you didn't

    I probably fold turn like 60% of the time or so and river 90ish%

    problem with folding flop is that even though i run 16/13'ish, there are tables where i run 5/3 over 100 hands. i dont think 180 hands is really a fair assessment
  13. #13
    fold turn imo but folding flop is interesting and may be correct with a larger sample

    I think raise flop then shut down if called.

    Not intending to be offensive here, but what is with tournament players and 'raising for information'? I'm assuming this is what you mean, and I don't see any reason to.

    Marry Me Cheryl!!!
    his line suggests he has you beaten. Sets are clearly in his range but i think people under-estimate AJ here - playing it fast on a board you likely hit?

    id certainly call flop - im not in mcats school of folding outright on flop but i can see its merits but i think turn is 100% fold.

    Yeah I agree that flop fold can correct with this betsizing, however there is no way I fold this in play given the sample size. I think he will check everything we beat or tie(draws/ ak/aq although clearly he very rarely has a draw) so it's quite easy to play the turn. It is a really interesting idea though, and may be correct...
