I would call this push with just about any hand I'm raising from UTG.

dead money makes it slightly +EV if you are flipping. Factor in the chance that you are dominating a better ace which is huge, as shorties make this play all the time with Ax, and minus the small chance you are dominated by AA/KK, and this is clearly +EV.
