UTG is betting pretty soft if he has an Ace - that kinda betting leads me to believe 'most' players are betting a flush draw and in those cases i don't like calling when i might only have 3 good outs...

but against this guy I think it's fine - Hes certainly letting you follow along for a good price - fishy against most players, but alright against a super nit like this -
