I wouldn't worry about "what ya coulda caught" too much. Focus instead on what you think the other players had. Since you knew that you had the 9 7, this might indicate that whoever went in on the first hand was bluffing. The second time, you had one of the queens, and it's conceivable that the other guy had the other one, but you don't know that. Would he make that play with a 9? I'd start payinig attention to see if he tries to steal a lot.
If you play the woulda coulda shoulda game, you're not playing poker, and normally you won't flop full houses like that. :P Once you've folded yoru hand, pay attention to what the other people have, not what would have happened with your hand. It's a sure way to tilt and it doesn't help you at all.
