Default Betting on the flop from first position with a draw.

Unfortunately my bankroll doesny allow me to play above 25$ NL.

At the lower limits this position happens once in a while:

A bunch of limpers enter a pot and you call/check from the blinds with something like A4s. Not something I would normally play in other position or in a tournament. The flop comes and gives you a flush draw and some of the cards are faces. Thinking that someone will raise if I check I make bet of something like half the pot.
    Any comments on the play?

A slightly different scenario: You raise UTG with AKs and get 3-4 callers. The blinds fold. Again you flop a flush draw. This time the (continuation) bet is much clearer, Right?

How do you play hands like this?

    Regards, Morten

I generally play my draws aggressively. By starting to build a pot you gain the possibility of winning a very large river bet at the price of some smaller flop and turn bets. As a bonus, they sometimes fold and it's good for metagame.

1st scenario I raise more than half, but maybe 1/2pot is good too. Might encourage weaker draws to follow.
2nd scenario, yeah, I'm usually betting.
