Default A bit of a frustration post - can you get away from this?

I am tilting a bit, having come up on the short end of a 53% (in favour) flip semibluff for $50 and a (45%) for net -$20...

Is there any way to get away from this hand? Opp hasn't done much aside from pushing AI, preflop, with 55 into a preflop raiser (me!). hasn't show down anything of note otherwise.

Yeah check/call it. You are pretty much check/calling for a split pot unless he's really horribe. And no matter how horrible he is, there's no way you are even spliting this pot if you play for your stack.
