Just call his PFR, or push PF. You have precious little room for postflop play with his stack being that small. As played, a 1/2 size pot bet is over half his remaining stack and commits him to push, either on the flop or the next street, so it's check/fold or push.

With no reads, it's check/fold here all day. Hell even with reads its check/fold.
