Default bottom set, 140bbs, you know the drill

Over about 500 hands villain looks like an aggro reg, around 17/15, 7-8% 3bet and for some reason he's been 3betting nearly half of my opens from all positions.
Betsize is because I was experimenting with small cbets today so didn't want to give a betsize tell by betting bigger.

    ship/raise/flat/fold?

    No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB ($77.85)
    BB ($31.55)
    UTG ($18.50)
    UTG+1 ($11)
    Hero (MP1) ($143.05)
    MP2 ($174.10)
    CO ($22.15)
    Button ($100)

    Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 2, 2
    2 folds, Hero bets $3, MP2 calls $3, 2 folds, SB calls $2.50, 1 fold

    Flop: ($10) A, 2, 5 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5, MP2 calls $5, 1 fold

    Turn: ($20) 6 (2 players)
    Hero bets $14, MP2 raises $38, Hero ?

i usually make it like $70 here, i see no reason to be slowing down nor giving this guy more cards, if it's a cooler it's a cooler.

i think he'd generally call with two pair putting us on a ace good kicker esp given history

    so i like a turn 3b
we're also oop making it hard to extract on the river
