I would call fo sho. I doubt he would check behind with a flush twice. I think he has 1 of 3 things:

    1. The Q gave him 2 pair.
2.Hes has one heart and was chaing, now tring to buy, or
    3. Hes on AK and its a slpit.

    My guess is #1.

    I would call.

I agree with CMG, he could have anything including two-pair, set, lower straight. Never fold a straight unless there are 3 aces on the board and your opponent has just shown you his hole cards (AK)

Someone on here said "I wont believe you have the flush until there are four on the board and none in my hand" or something like that...

I would call - no one has claimed the flush through two rounds.

Why not semi-bluff the flop to see where you stand against the three hearts?
If you put all your faith in the river, you are up shit's creek

Usually I'd semi-bluff the flop no matter what was out there, but with that many people playing - and theoretically at least a couple of them should be hands as strong as mine, or stronger - I'm not messing around with it. I would have been content to check/fold there.

The mystery revealed! in white, for those who want to still post responses without knowing the outcome.

He had flopped the flush, playing A9 suited even for two raises. Don't ask me, seemed weird to me too. But his post-flop play was immensely tricky, checking until he roped someone in with a good second best hand, then shoving all-in to fake a bluff. I called and lost a crapload.
