I had someone make a play on me like this and regretted folding afterward.

    I had A rag

    flop was:
rag rag rag none matched my spade.

    He showed me crap.

you mean like the nut flush draw?
This really shouldnt be in this forum, I just compulsively posted it after taking the most ridiculous beat I've experienced at 1/2

nutsinho, just curious, you were calling the all in in hopes of hitting the flush?

I was calling because I was almost positive I had 15 outs (which means Im the favorite) and he may have even been on a worse draw. I didnt know he was a donk yet cause it was like our third hand but open pushing 200$ into a $12 pot does not look like a hand I'm not a favorite against, and it wasnt some crazy 3rd/4th level thinking with a set because there was no way he could put me on a strong hand (that might call) after a position raise heads up.

The union of gutshot, flush, overcard outs and the chance of even having the best hand all make this a no-brainer. If you don't call here, you're playing above your roll.
