Default Call this push or lay it down?

I have 120 hands on the Villain and Pokertracker says he's a fish, with a VP$IP of over 40. Should I have called this push?

Just knowing how often someone sees the flop doesn't indicate how they will play post-flop. He could be a nutcamper and only push with an overpair/set here, or he could be a maniac (unlikely, fish are usually passive).
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

    I wouldn't over-call here.

Overcall? You mean call the .16 from UTG, but fold to the raise from the Villain?

Im dont think i would call that first bet on the flop unless i had seen UTG bet with nothing (or 88) [Edit: i will usually give someone the benifit of the doubt once and then watch more closely and see what they showdown before i risk my stack on this]. When Villain 2 comes over the top after i have already called once and then UTG calls it in done with the hand.
2 people all-in even at this level usually means that a single pair (even if it is Jacks) is no good.
As for why i fold i actually am not sure what UTG has but Villain2 i put on a possible set (or something that beats JJ) and fold.

Turns out i got them the wrong way around but i still think folding is right here even at 5NL.

Consider the hands that the flop hit. Nobody is pushing here with a paired 2,3,or 5. So they either have a pair of jacks beat or they have a flush draw. I could put one person on a flush draw but not both. You are sunk.
    Stakes: Playing $0.10/$0.25 NL
