What's your plan on further streets if you totally miss the flops? Are you ready to play back at his c-bets?

Hand #1: it's horrible, you limp junk from EP (bad), flop call is "so so", turn very passive with big combo draw, check the river - fatal error. Glub, glub...

Hand #2: Preflop the same mistake, even if you have maniac on table, you shouldn't play such a hands. They miss too frequently.

River minraise sucks, raise it harder.

If you want to punish the maniacs, you can play more hands than usually but different kinds of hands (big cards) and go a bit further with them - it's totally opposite compared to anti-nits hands (suited connectors, small PP's are good, big cards are disaster)- so you have to be confident in your reads.

I'd muck that s00ted garbage anyway and wait for solid hand. Then give him some rope to hang himself or drop the hammer.
