This does look like trips, but realistically what Qx's is the hero ahead of here? Villain called a small raise in the BB, so maybe as low as Q9? The board is filled with middle cards making Q8, QT, QJ a boat, so we're only ahead of Q9 (which makes a straight on the turn that I doubt the villain would check-call), QK and AQ.
I think I'd just find a call here.
