A poker hand is a conversation between the players. The words are the bets/checks and folds (taking into account body language/ thinking time etc. which doesnt apply to online poker). Lets see what is being said here. I have taken the liberty of reformatting the hand history for easier reading. (ok the converter doesnt seem to like that site)

    Preflop

    Dealt to hotgirl76 [Q Q]
    Kallekula19 folds
azteke calls $0.50 -I have a playable hand and i want to see if the flop helps me
hotgirl76 raises to $2.25 -I have a strong hand and I think i am probably winning. I also want to limit the number of callers
    chaowang folds
    GWILL14 folds
    clubby55 folds
    MozillatheKilla folds
    Brotherkane folds
azteke calls $1.75 -I still like my hand and I still want to see if the flop helps me

    Flop 8 5 J

azteke checks -You said you had a strong hand before and I want to see if you still like it
    hotgirl76 bets $5.25 -I still like it
azteke calls $5.25 -My hand still has potential and I want to see if the turn helps me or I want to see if you are still confident on the turn

    Turn[8 5 J] [7]
azteke bets $14.50 -The turn card helped my hand and now I think I am winning
    hotgirl76 ...

This is the crucial point in the hand. Your opponent has been telling you all the way that they need help. The turn card comes and completes 2 possible draws (straight and flush) and you need to decide if it is the help they have been waiting for. So far everything their bets have said has been consistent. There is no evidence that they have changed their mind or lied so believe them. The other point is that you have shown strength the whole way representing at least top pair. I cant remember who said it but "If you have the obvious hand then believe the raiser". I think you have to fold this without a read.

hotgirl76 calls $14.50 -maybe Im still ahead and you are just bluffing to represent the flush. Im seeing this one through to the end

    River [8 5 J 7] [7]
azteke bets $19.50 -I promise im really not bluffing. I really really think Im going to win here

    hotgirl76 calls $19.50

Wow, you really put that in a way that makes sense. I shoulda folded there on the turn bet he made for the pot because like you said there were 2 good draws on board. I think another leak in my game is to play quickly and not take time and think about the hand. Do you have any advice on how i can overcome that along with the best way you think to fix a leak. thanks bro

One of the mistakes beginners make is falling in love to much with your own hand.

spend as much time thinking about what your opponent has and what he thinks you have as you do thinking about your own hand...when you get into a big hand devote a certain portion of your time bank to each when youre faced with a decision
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I guess just practise. If you train yourself to wait for 10 seconds before making any decision (including foldoing 72o preflop/ raising AA preflop etc.) then that might do the job. It will annoy the hell out of other players though.

As for plugging leaks in general take a look at this thread and read everything you find by aokrongly.
