Default Did I play this wrong?

I am going to do my best to recreate this incredibly irritating hand. 5 person table 50NL.

    Player A: $40
    Player B: $14
    Player C: $53 (button)
Me : $51 (:Qc: :Qs (SB)
    Player E: $47 (BB)

My read on the table. Player A was a rock and B was new to the table. Player C has been a maniac, raising 10XBB with mediocre holding like 44 or AJ even if out of position. E has been loose passive. I have been playing very tight up to now and decided I was gonna pick my spot and nail the maniac when I had a hand.

A and B fold. Player C (maniac) raises to 10, I thought about a reraise, but I had seen him continue with his crazy bets should the flop look non threatening, and figure I could walk away from the hand should an overcard hit. I called and the loose passive behind me calls as well. (I was not crazy about that, not only am I out of position, but I now had 2 people in the pot with my queens).

    The flop:

I really felt that I had one move and only one move to make here and that was to move in for the 30 dollar pot with my remaining 41 dollars worth of chips. I needed to shut down the flushes and overcard draws. THEY BOTH CALL! This put the BB all in as well leaving maniac boy with 2 bucks.

They turn over their cards, loose passive holds :Ac: :Kh: and maniac boy holds :Kd: :Jc:. Turn is a :Ts: and the river is a :Ks:. Loose passive breaks us both.

I know that all in was the right play, but my question is should I have done it preflop in hopes of taking down 10 bucks, or should I have took my chances and pushed on the turn? Or do you think I played it exactly the way I should have?

The easy move is the reraise preflop and take down the pot, but sometimes you feel trapping and getting a larger pot is worth the risk (and there's always a risk). With someone to act behind you, while attempting to isolate, it may be best to reraise - but given his passivity, he's probably not going anywhere.

I think that this play needs to be made sometimes to bring home the bacon. Tough beat, club wouldn't be so bitter.

I think I may have just been a victim of circumstances here. AK was definitely gonna call preflop, KJ may have been crazy enough as well. Had thier only been 2 clubs on the board, I would have probably taken it down with an all in move, but I would probably been less inclined to do so as well. Next time, I would probably wait for the turn.

AK wasn't going anywhere, there isn't much you can do there.
