AA is stronger than AK when pairing the A on the flop in the same way that making a set with a pocket pair is stronger than making a set with the flop paired, but it's still just one pair. 
A hand from yesterday: 
I call a 3xBB raise with 22; 3 in the hand; flop is 2 6 9 rainbow; raiser makes a 1/2 pot bet, other folds, I call (not standard, but was experimenting with AOK counterplay, many pros and cons... more pros I think, especially in certain situations); turn J, villain makes a 1/2 pot bet, I push, hoping to utilize my donk-call-equity, villain calls; river blank, I win, villain shows AA. 
Pretty uneventful, save the the comment afterwards: 
 
Villain: Holy shit, my aces got cracked my twos 
Villain leaves the table. 
In my mind:  well, sort of... yes, if the money went in preflop... but afterwards... 
flop:    villain: 9.2%   I: 90.8% 
turn:  villain: 4.5%   I: 95.5%
