Default Do I need to raise at any point here? (NL10)

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed)
    MP1 ($12.30)
    MP2 ($26.10)
    Hero (CO) ($19.75)
    Button ($23.40)
    SB ($5.25)
    BB ($8.35)
    UTG ($3.60)
    UTG+1 ($13.30)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A K
    2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.45, 2 folds, BB calls $0.35, MP1 calls $0.35

    Flop: ($1.40) 3 9 Q (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10, BB calls $0.10

No stats on player. With one left to act after me and a fishy min bet I didn't want to raise the flop. Half the time they caught something like mid pair or a draw and half the time they have a monster hand when they min bet. Should I be raising here?

    Turn: ($1.70) Q (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, 1 fold

I think it's much more likely I can raise here and take the pot.

    River: ($2.30) 8 (2 players)
    MP1 checks, Hero checks

he's either value towning mid pair or is on a draw. Take it away with that excellent turn card and end the hand.

I do not like a turn raise with BB left to act.

raise the flop to 1.10 and watch them all fold.

    This is good...

You will have to second barrel any non-Club turn 100% of the time if you do it.

Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

According to the action, BB has a Q a low % of the time. The only thing we are worried about is the BB with a flush... this also occurs a very low % of the time. If we make a pot sized bet/raise ($2.00), I am very confident that both BB and aggressor are folding >50% of the time.
