Default Do you fold this 2 pair on the river too?

Does everyone else fold here too? I thought another 2 pair, a set, or a completed straight would play it the same.

I think I'd call here. He may of rivered a pair of tens, or the river gave him two pair. I think you are ahead often enough to call here with those pot odds

Wow I'm surprised. Can anyone find a fold here? Villain showed his hand afterwards. Is nobody else afraid of a set or straight? Does it not look like one of these hands is very possible?

Yes the SB could have anything here really..

However, any player with a straight would of had it on the turn. The river T would only improve a 79 straight from a 9 high to a T high. If SB has a straight that means he check/called with a straight on the turn.

A set is also not too likely, the only time SB shows aggression is on the river so either he didnt raise preflop with TT and called down with it, or he hit a lower set 8,2,6,5 and decided to check/call flop and turn despite diamond and straight draws possible.

Unless SB is trying some fancy slow-play, he has a two pair or worse.

I'd say you definately are ahead often enough to call.

    I definitely call there.

    That's a super-weak fold. He only bet 1/2 pot.

Looks like a value bet, but I think something like AdTd leads that river.

In my experience at 10NL, players will usually slowplay anything and everything that's 2 pair or better. Villain showed 68 btw.

    You can't be serious

So it looks like so far his range is AdTd, T8, 86, 82, 62, 88, 66, 22, and 97. Any others?

Does anybody hear alarms going off when villain's line is check/call, check/call, value bet?

yea I don't think we are leading 100% of the time here. Just think we are ahead often enough to call.

Given that range we are ahead here like 20% of the time. I can't really think of many other hands to put him on. Maybe more 2 pairs since he is SB but alot of those beat our hand too.

Yea that range fits if this guy seems pretty tight.
If he seems like an idiot then that range can get quite large... TdXd, hell even XdXd, T and another overcard, etc.

If you had a read that this guy was really tight then maybe a fold is OK.

I had no read so I assumed he was the default 10NL player. Chase, chase, chase, slowplay, slowplay, slowplay.
