Is this a bet? Or a check? Checking seems weak, but a bet just builds the pot for a king or a draw.

Bet... theres 2 plays that make sense here... he had a 3 and just tripped up and is gonna check raise you... or he called 5 on the draw and missed... i dont see a k checkin here unless hes low kickered which then a bet can possibly get him out...
