I think you can push here, you only have to be good 1/3 of the time for a push to be profitable, and he'll probably be overplaying something like TT often enough for that to happen.

In general I don't like to fold AA on a rag flop heads-up unless I have a read that my opponent is a tight guy who wouldn't be playing back at me without a hand that beats AA.
