You cbet. This flop doesnt hit a traditional raising range, so if hes started to adjust by calling more preflop then he can have hands like 9Ts, 56s, 88, A3s? 78s? 9Js?, as well as the "good" hands. Basically quite a few weakish pairs he can call this flop with fairly often.
When the Kcomes on the turn, almost all of his 1 pair hands are now underpairs to a card that hits a traditional preflop raising range. When you bet this turn his nitty tendancies are going to take over and hes going to have a very hard time calling with something like 9x or worse, and his gutshots are probably folding too. You might even get the flush draw or OESD to fold with a turn bet.
