Hand 3 is a perfect example. Make progressively larger bets on each street, especially when villain remains passive. There's no excuse for acting like a scared little girl in this hand.

Don't control the size of the pot every hand. If you're too afraid to lose, you're too afraid to win.

Think about what your opponent has for a hand, and bet as if you're certain they hold that hand until you're forced to change your mind. You'll be wrong often for a while, and then eventually you'll be playing poker correctly, because you'll be putting people on hands, and maximizing value.
Right on, my problem is putting people on hands, I try but often it's only afterwards looking at the HH when I realise how their bets fit their holding. And of course top pair can be a huge hand or a hopeless hand depending on the board and opp's probably hands. If I was able to have more confidence about a villains range I could bet harder. I have no problem when I flop really big because I'm just betting out it's these top pair hands that fox me. I guess I just keep playing and keep trying to figure out what people have. (and take more risks) Thanks guys
