Hand 1 and 2 look read depending to me and well played if your reads said you could get folds, but i'll comment on the rest.
Hand 3 i like up until the show. Villain definitely folded a worse hand, and i hate reaffirming villain's reads by showing them they were correct. Even though you have gained some fold equity on future hands, because if villain is paying attention he will fear your check raises.
I would have bet the turn in hand 4. If he's willing to put that much in the pot ont he flop i would probably put him on the other 8 or an over pair. If its an over pair he doesn't believe you have an 8 and will continue to pay it off. If it's the other 8 he probably doesnt have a FH and theres no way he's laying down the set. I think an 8-10$ turn bet would get a call in addition to another 15~ bet on the river (as long as a card taht completes both draws like the J or 7 of diamonds doesnt drop on the river).
Hand 5 i would only push if i thought that villain was a donk who would call my PFR with A9...or a tilty villain who is tired of beint bullied. Any decent player will put you on an over pair here i think, and when he check-min-raises I think it's a sign of a set. If you think he's bluffing because he doesnt believe your continuation bet and he puts you on over cards, a re-raise to 19$ instead of all in will tell you if you're beat or not.
