Default Flopped set OOP big pot, four players

MP2's stats are really fishy (36/4, large sample) but I haven't seen him make any terrible decisions post-flop. MP3 is a nit (13/7, large sample). CO (re-raiser) has been playing loose/passive in four or five orbits since I've been at the table (29/6, small sample). I put him on QQ+, maybe AK, with the re-raise here.

What's wrong with $20? It looks like a weak psudo blocking bet where you hope to price in your 'obvious" draw. I think that way you have a chance that MP2 and MP3 will have a good enough hand to call, and CO pushes.

Given that you are going to have an almost impossible time laying down the hand, why not try and get as much as possible now?

i like a check raise in this situation. you can safely give away a free card as he most definitely doesnt have 2 hearts.

ya, like yori said, betting is more likely to trap money from the ppl calling with Ax or whatnot between hero and the rerasier.
if you check/raise, Ax/TT-QQ likely will check as well, and then fold to a bet/raise in front of them, or maybe it will totally check through and leave a small pot on the turn.

One of the problems with going for the check-raise is that a fair amount of the time MP2 and MP3 are going to check to the PF bettor. If CO has QQ or KK (which comprise a large % of his range) he probably isn't going to bet into 3 people with the ace out there so you're running the risk of letting 3 people see a free card. With 3 people other people in the hand you definately cannot disregard the two hearts on the board.

The pot is 3-bet PF, there are 4 people in, and an ace flops. I can't think of a much better scenario for a set here. The pot is already getting swollen so I so see no reason to get fancy here. I'd lead out for ~$30 and stick it all in on the turn.

Thanks for the comments. I made a bad decision and went for the c/r, luckily it didn't check through. MP3 checked, MP2 bet $10, re-raiser folded. I pushed, hoping it would look fishy and MP2 would call with AK or a flush draw. He folded, telling me he had AJs and put me on AK. Re-raiser said he had KK. If they were being honest, I think leading the flop for $20-$30 doesn't get any callers, but it's still the better play. Not sure the c/r push was right, probably should have just made it $50 or so. Blech.

I think betting 1/2 pot here is the way to go cause then it gives AJ to re-raise or KK to re-raise.
